Startmint is the brainchild of Mr. Muhammed Sha and Jayaraj. Muhammed Sha is celebrated for architecting education platforms, e-commerce brands, and digital marketing engines that keep people at the center. With years of rich experience, he has led companies as a keen planner and strategist, helping teams grow from early traction to national recognition.
Inspired by Ratan Tata's humility and ambition, he launched his first company in 2016 and has since orchestrated vendor ecosystems, enterprise deployments, and multi-market campaigns across India and the Gulf.

In 2006 he attended his first Art of Living program and by 2009 he had moved to the International Centre in Bengaluru, serving Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar while learning the dynamics of the mind. Formal training in 2010 made him one of Kerala's youngest facilitators.
